Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, you will be required to assist in overseeing payroll function for the all the business units.
Key focus areas include:
Payroll:
- Work closely with HR and Finance to process monthly payroll with accuracy for all business units
- Coordinate and execute all payroll activities globally with specific focus on Singapore, Middle East, Malaysia and China
- Managed all Singapore statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims
- Handle payroll audit, prepare schedule and liaison with internal and external auditors
- Handle intercompany cross charge related to payroll, overseas assignees and etc with respective parties
- Handle all payroll reconciliation, GL and monthly payroll closing
- Provide administrative support for C&B processes including bonus and salary reviews
- Responsible for coaching payroll team in managing queries from employees, Corporate HR, Finance and Business Unit Heads
- Work closely with the C&B team, IT / SAP team
- on any changes / service request due to changes in HR policies
- Ensure proper system and improvement on payroll processes and procedures are made to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Min Degree in with 8 – 10 years of payroll experience in MNC/ Manufacturing environment or organisation with large headcounts with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory / managerial position
- Equipped with experience in developing payroll processes and procedure in an MNC
- Strong knowledge in statutory, regulatory and other government and compliance agency reporting requirements including local, applicable laws and reporting standards
- Proficient in SAP
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands
- Driven, highly motivated, independent and adaptive in a fast paced environment
- Priority will be given to candidates with short/immediate notice residing in the East
